Terms and Conditions of Yaadievybz Shipping Logistics
Referral & Points Program
The Referral & Points program is a way to give back to our valued and loyal customers. For each referral, once they have shipped with Yaadievybz Shipping Logistics; you will earn 5 points for every referral. You can use your points towards your balance.
Assisted Shopping
We can assist you with online shopping if you do not have access to a credit/debit card.
The amount for the item along with the $1000 service fee is required before making the purchase.
Storage of Packages
Packages should be collected within 14 days before it attracts a storage fee.
After 14 days, the package will attract $500 each day for storage fee. After 30 days & the package not collected; contents of package will be sold to recover fees.
Delivery
Once packages are ready for delivery, the customer will be contacted, and a delivery location will be ascertained. FULL payment is required upon delivery whether cash or online transfer.
If transferring funds from a opposite bank, packages will not be delivery until payment reflects in account.
Please ensure to send your receipts (online transfer) via WhatsApp message to the numbers provided.
Delayed Packages
Packages sometimes get delayed because of weather, delayed flights, custom issues etc. You will be updated through SMS, email, WhatsApp, call and our social media platforms. Feel free to contact at any time, so we can serve you better.
Unknown Packages
When you sign up, there is a unique number attached to your US address. Ensure it is included in your address on the shopping platforms you use. An example of the unique number is ‘YAADIE0000 AIR'. This prevents packages being lost or marked unknown. Unknown packages may incur an additional charge. It also can take up to two weeks for investigation and resolution. So please ensure to always use your unique number when shopping.
Damaged Goods
Customers, please ensure to check all your packages upon delivery. If a package is noted to be damaged upon delivery, 50% of the cost of the item, will be refunded. However, if the customer fails to check the package up on delivery, and finds the package be damaged after the package was delivered. NO REFUND will be given.
